To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phlogo, its directors, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
phlogo's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits phlogo's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
phlogo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if phlogo reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players. Upon termination for cause, phlogo may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.
You may close your phlogo account at any time by contacting phlogo customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
